Birthday Post 2014

Lovely morning to you all!

3 of Cups - Celebration - Universal Waite Tarot

Universal Rider Waite Tarot

Yesterday (Aug 17th) was my birthday (shout out to all my Leos). It was really exciting to reflect on the last 12 months and see the changes and the progress that I have experienced and manifested. It made me feel very grateful, particularly for the love and support that my blog has received and for all the open-hearted people that I have met and networked with throughout the tarot community.

To celebrate my birthday I did a large spread for myself and I was happy to see the 3 of Cups and 3 of Pentacles featured prominently in the year ahead. Lots of collaboration, networking and community in the next 12 months, which is exactly what I’m hoping for and working towards. Here is the link to the spread I used in case any of you are interested. Its technically a New Years Spread, not a Birthday Spread, but I find that the two are usually interchangeable since the focus is essentially the same, general advice and outlook for the next 12 months.

In other tarot related news, I wrapped up the third week of my deck-a-week challenge and I will be posting about that today or tomorrow. If you’re interested in more info on the deck challenge check out my first week’s blog post here.

Tarot of the Magical Forest

The Tarot of the Magical Forest by Hsu Chi Chun & Leo Tang

Last but not least, I am very excited to announce that I am now a proud owner of The Tarot of the Magical Forest, along with a lovely piece of smoky quartz, courtesy of my partner. I love tarot related birthday presents. Thank you sweetheart. 🙂

Have a great week everyone.
